Its just like when you do O/A Levels and upon your request HEC issues you an equivalence certificate that your abc grades in O/A levels are equivalent to xyz grades of Pakistani matric/inter.
After obtaining OBU degree you'll request HEC to issue you an equivalence certificate. If that certificate states that your 3 years OBU degree is equivalent to 4 years of Pakistani graduation then any university in Pakistan will accept it since you'll be complying to their 16 years of education requirement and HEC will have attested your OBU degree.
I hope I've made it clear to you.

U r right.But I don't think HEC would issue such a certificate?I wish I am wrong.Have u got this Bsc?I shall submit my thesis in next period(I guess it is in May).
BTW HEC don't issue equivalence certificate for A/O LEUEL.It is IBCC who do this.
