All you need to do is prepare for the subjects of your choice [ choose any subject from here http//cie.org.uk ]. You will need to download the syllabus and buy books on the relevant topics, if you plan to appear privately (i.e., without the aid of any A Levels school or college). Exams are held twice in a year; May-June and Ocotber/November. For registration, you'll simply go to http//britishcouncil.org.pk and download the application form, or visit any of the given bank branches to collect and fill in the form. Just keep an eye on the deadlines, do past papers thoroughly, and VOILA, you'll finish your A Levels. Oh and yes, do take at least three subjects. Thats the minimum. The rest, you'll find on the sites.
P.S. the new syllabus has arrived. Good LUCK!!
