BANKING POLICY - URGENT

Can any one provide me policy of any bank in Pakistan or abroad titled as under

"POLICY ON OUTSOURCING NON-CORE ACTIVITIES IN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS"

This is very urgent and I would be obliged for any professional help.

You may not write down the name of the relevant bank for professional confidentiality purposes, should you so desire.
