Amir Bhai
What have I said??? I was just "comforting" alishan.
Truely said,

"marna chaho, marne nahi daiti
jina chaho tu jine ki saza daiti hai duniya".....

@ Kamran Bhai
Just came an idea in my mind so thought why not to share it with you. The human "mind" is generally regarded as "brain". And "brain" is a "fixed asset". And the "fixed assets" have only a "limited useful life" over which they are "worn out, worthless and useless". So how can it's consistent use be possible?????[p]

I don't mean to offend any one. So..........[)]

Do not try to mixup things BRAIN is FIXED TANGIBLE ASSET where as MIND is FIXED INTEGIBLE ASSET...

Brain can be depreciated by its useful life but mind is an intengible asset and hence can't be depreciated. mind is like Goodwill the greater the use of brain the greater the value of mind...

So if people have no brain but big mind are big people whereas those who have big brain but no mind are___________(fill it with appropriate word)....

Similarly this FAZOOL IDEA come in your mind shows you have over utalised your brain(like PIA did with its planes) [p] just kidding...
As far as migration is concerned, it is easily available to ACCAs under HSMP, if they have certain amount of experience and money baking.

Dear Kamran,
Is the ACCA (Part2 Qualified) equivalent to BA/BSc's of UK to meet the minimum requirement for HSMP?

Dear Sohail,

HSMP is basically meant for "Highly Skilled Migrants". The approvers normally base this high skill on the parameters of higher education (local or international) and higher earnings (local).

Qualification/education for this purpose is typically givcen weight if some one's qualification is equivalent to doctorate (PH.D) or Masters. Other parameters include, earning level here in residing country, level of experience and exposure, age factors, and verifiability of the particulars provided.

I dont exactly know that whether or not ACCA part 2 or UK BA/BSC are given such consideration. However, I can give you a reference e-mail ID of some renowned immigration consultants at Karachi to whom you can write a mail by stating all your particulars to enquire if you fall under eligibility criteria. No fee will be charged by them for first hand evaluation of your case. However, such consultants normally charge substantial fees for applying HSMP applications and getting approval thereof. These fees range from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 400,000 varying from case to case.

You may contact

FCA, Future Concern Associate, is another highly renowned consultant at Lahore, who normally charge much higher fees.

However, any of such consultants will only provide you his services, maximum upto getting approval of HSMP. The obtaining of entry clearance visa from embassy on the basis of such approval normally remains the sole responsibility of the candidate/applicant. There are many factors behind it.

Still, I must inform you that if all the submitted particulars are correct and genuine, the entry clearnace visa remains no problem provided the HSMP approval has been obtained.

Hope the above will be useful for you.

Regards,

Kamran.
