Dear Faisal

From where you have found the declearation by salaried person ? What will be the procedure to claim the deductions through this declearation. What types of tax deductions can be claimed.

Dear Awais,
You would have got answers, had you seen my first post again.
This form is available on FBR's web site.
The following types of WHT may be claimed while filling return, or Agents (as referred above) may reduce the tax of employee by as much amount as already been paid by an employee on account of WHT on Cash withdrawal from bank, on purchase of motor vechile, on payment of Electricity bill, Telephone bill, Mobile bill and WHT on profit on debt.
