Dear Idrees,

Dont know about Punjab University but in Karachi University (KU), one must get a form from bank inside Karachi University and submit it to same after attaching documents mentioned therein alongwith the prescribed fees. Same procedure might be followed in PU.

Thanx for ur replies. The problem here is that I'm out of Pakistan. Is it possible that someone else collect it on my behalf? Do I have to authorise him in writing about this?

What are the documents required to be attached with the application? I guess the marksheets in original...

Thank you...</font id="Book Antiqua">

Yes, someone else can apply and collect your degree; on your behalf. I don't think that it would be mandatory for you to authorize him/her in writing.
And the required documents would either be mentioned on the prescibed form or the university authorities would let him (the one, collecting the degree on your behalf) know in oral.
