Shortest time period to do ACCA normally is two years. Not easy to do it in first attempt. On average, takes 3 - 3.5 years. You do the maths!

Don't know which university offers B.S. in Banking and Finance, so I think you should first check the university's ranking. Give that preference over B.Com.

However, I dont think doing that along with ACCA would be manageable.
