ICAP has not recommended any book for CCPT, but you can get a number of books on MS OFFICE in the market. Practice questions are available at Tabani's website
http//www.tsa.edu.pk

For other portion of I.T, ICAP has recommended few books but I found this book useful

PBPs Information to IT Vol II is a book published on the same subject. I don't know much about this book but it is designed for CCPT in module D

MS Office
Professional Edition

By Lonnie E. Moseley and David M. Boodey

(it's not recommended by ICAP but is really a worthy book on MS Office)
