Welcome aboard Aamer, Just wondering what kinf od contracts do graduates get in the US,.. are there any training contracts with a specific exam program like we have in the commonwealth (usually for the local Institue of chartered accountants) or is it more of an employment contract ??

yeah you get more of an employment contract. no assocation (right away atleast) with the accounting body-AICPA.
i mean you can at the same time pursue your CPA (which i will) but you will essentially be working for the firm.
