1. Please tell me what types of all taxes are to be paid by our software firm.
2. Is it necessary for our vendor to have NTN no? and do we need to deduct any tax from him?
3. What are the rules of tax, for payments to Freelancers?
4. Is it necessary to pay tax in advance quarterly?

If you are exporting software it will be exempt till 2016 however for local sale of software you have to pay tax on profit after deducting expenses at different slab rates depending upon the status of your firm.
