I am of the opinion that respect has nothing to do with seniority or being junior or being elder or younger. Younger people are also as respectable as elders.

I am also of the opinion that ones respect for another does not necessarily reflected by using words like 'Sir' or being very humble. Furthermore, the concept of junior and seniors is rubbish to some extent at some places.

For me or anyone its easy to judge who is to be respected by looking at his posts, I guess I do not need to elaborate.

Anyways, thanks for your nice comments

Regards

You are right guyz, a thread should mainly be restricted to its subject.

So discussions here onwards should be regarding firms' tests.

DEAR ZAFAR

FRSH DOESNT CONDUCTS THE TEST THEY WILL JUDGE U DIRECTLY BY AN INTERVIEW BUT AS FAR AS MYASCO IS CONCERNED THEY DO TAKES TEST AND ONCE U SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FORM AND IF THEY FEELS THAT U FULFILLS THE WHOLE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA THEY WILL CALL U FOR TEST.
