Wardah you got the clarification. You opted the banking institute for studies where the basics revolve around interest based system.

You may or may not be receiving or paying the interest or even studying some interest based instruments or logics, still presumably the accountants and SPECIALLY the bankers are accused of being associated with interest by one way or other.

this is very worrying .i am studying IAS32 & IAS39 financial instruments , needless to say everything is related to interest! am i doing HARAM studying it? if i am , then i have no choice but continue studying it. God save me.

Dear All,

Please guide me. I want to do ACCA. I am a full time (900 am to 600 pm)emplyoee in an internatioal NGO. How much difficult ACCA is? I mean would it be possible for people like me doing full time tense job to complete ACCA. I have done B.com and MBA Finance? I would really apprecaite if someone guide me who has completed ACCA having almost the same circumstances.

The people who are supposed to do CA also face similar circumstances ie hardwork in office, may be for more hours than u mentioned, and studies where the competition is hardest, both of these simultaneously!.

Difference is of environment and professional competition which people doing CA experience being in firms and having students all around (bird of a feather), and the advantage that they by one way or other remain connected with the objective.

If you take it as an objective and remain connected with positive and forward looking mind, then there is no issue.

You can certainly achieve the target.

brother i am not a ISLAMIC SCHOLAR , but a sinful person...
as far as your question regarding ISLAMIC BANKING is concerned
as per my knowledge their core business is to invest in such business which would fetch them profit/loss which are allowed under SHARIAH
and the profit/loss is then distributed among BANK members
and if you see the organization structure of any islamic bank
they have a SHARIAH BOARD which includes several ISLAMIC SCHOLARS
and most of ISLAMIC BANKS had appointed MUFTI TAQI USMANI as chairman of SHARIAH BOARD....so it means all the business of ISLAMIC BANK is done with the consent of SHARIAH BOARD...
but plzzz what ever i have written above take this as my personal opinion and dont take it as FATWA...
you should also consult this matter with AUTHENTIC ISLAMIC SCHOLAR

khair addimission to mainy ly lia hai.jahan tk banking k mutaliq logon k tahafuzat hain un py yeh k abi to bs knowledge gain krni hai.kuch accounting b ply pd he jae gi.aisy he for future safe side certification hai ( bury waqt ka aya pta thodi na chlta hai).waisy to me working with good organization but gr kahen future mai kahen or krni pdi to will try to go in islamic banking.[)].
